Linger was painted in appreciation of a steady presence that brought peace and comfort while I was ill. Each day, this living companion sat beside me and quietly offered it's beautiful colors, shapes, and delicate intricacies. It filled me with a sense of wonder and offered strength in return. Its gentle energy reminded me to rest, to trust, and to receive.

This piece celebrates the beauty of simplicity, the healing power of nature, and the quiet love that often surrounds us without asking for anything in return.
