Sisterhood, creation, seeking and finding are all themes represented by this dream- like spiritual and feminine painting. This art piece was created by pouring layers of acrylic paint until the feminine forms began to emerge. They were then given intention, detail and form by the layering of acrylic paint. The blue and teal colors used help to bring a calming but curious confidence. Combined with the imagery, this painting carries a message of the wisdom in using ones' imagination to create reality.

“Seeking” is an original, one of a kind acrylic painting, by Darcy Lee Saxton. It was painted with high flow acrylic paints on a 9x12 inch canvas. The painting has a high gloss finish.
All sides of this piece are painted with the painting continuing off the approximately 1.5 inch deep edges.
